Prepay Support
Prepay Support, gives you get the same peace of mind of having a support contract but with the knowledge that it only costs when you use it. In addition you receive a 33% discount on the pay as you go rates as well as having no call-out charges and receiving priority over pay as you go customers.
With prepay support you do not have the ongoing monitoring that Remote or Gold support customers receive so the support will be reactive rather than proactive. This support is ideal for customers who maintain their own software and take care of updates and scans and just want support on an as-needed basis.
Cost
Prepay support is purchased in 10 hour bundles at £500 + VAT and follows the same pattern as pay as you go i.e. half an hour minimum for a support call followed by quarter hour increments and if you require a site visit there is a flat call-out charge of £25 + VAT
