Pay As You Go

Pay as you go support offers you the peace of mind of knowing that there is somebody at the end of the phone who can quickly help you to fix your IT issues, whether it is recovering an accidentally deleted document, removing a virus or the fixing the dreaded blue-screen.

Where possible we will take remote control of your computer and you will see exactly what we are doing. This can usually be done within your first phone call but if all of our technicians are on other calls we will aim to get back to you within the hour. We only charge for a fix if we are successful and we will take payment by credit or debit card at the end of the call and email you a VAT receipt.

If we cannot get access remotely we can send a technician out to you – normally be on the same day. Our technicians carry a range of the most common spare parts with them so they can fix most issues in one visit. But where more than one visit is required, only one call-out charge will apply.

Cost

For remote fixes – i.e. where a technician can take control of your system or talk a user through a solution over the phone :
£37.50 + VAT for up to half an hour
£18.75 + VAT for each 15 minutes (or part thereof) after that.


Where a site visit is required a call-out charge of
£50+VAT applies (for sites between 1 and 10 miles from our Bannockburn office)
£25 + VAT for sites within a mile and £75+ VAT for sites more than 10 miles away.

For time spent on site the cost is as detailed above for remote fixes.
