Gold Support includes all of the benefits of Remote Support but also includes on-site support so there are no additional charges for call-outs or labour for on-site fixes. We will install a small piece of software on each computer that continuously reports back to our server. This will performs over 100 checks including:
Our server receives data from on each computer continuously and alerts us when there is cause for concern. Our main dashboard tells us about things like drive fragmentation that we can take care of in the background and for more critical errors like a server going offline, we get an immediate email so we can react straight away.
The above is designed to ensure that your computers run efficiently and have water-tight security to prevent problems from happening. However, in the event that you have a problem with a computer, we will attempt to fix it remotely, either by taking control of your desktop or talking you through a fix over the phone.
As part of your support plan you will also receive advice on upgrades to hardware and software as appropriate.
Gold support and monitoring costs £15 + VAT per month per PC or laptop and includes ALL remote work and on-site fixes
Gold support does not include upgrades, network cabling or moving hardware – these are billable extras.
There are no call-out charges for non-contract work; however a labour charges will apply.
Gold support customers receive a 33% discount on on-site labour and will be charged £50 +VAT per hour, with a minimum of half an hour and time being billed in quarter hour increments thereafter.
